Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a subscription product from Kinbourne, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Policy outlined below.

Recurring Charges

When you subscribe to a product, you will be charged automatically on a recurring basis.

Charges will continue unless and until you cancel your subscription.

Frequency and Amount

You will be billed every 28 days, 56 days, or 84 days, depending on whether you choose to receive refills monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months.

The amount charged will be the amount shown during checkout and may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Please note that discounts applied to your initial order may not carry over to future renewal orders unless otherwise stated.

Deadline to Cancel

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

If a subscription renewal has already been processed, we may be unable to cancel that order before shipment.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your customer portal and managing your subscription.

Please include your full name and order number for faster processing.

Subscription Modifications

You may pause, skip, or modify the frequency of your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting our support team.

Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that billing cycle.

Refunds on Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for a refund.

If you wish to avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
